Building description

The 2.5 to 3.5 room apartments at Schwendi 328 have all been renovated and furnished with modern kitchens, valuable parquet flooring in the living areas and ceramic tiles in the wet rooms.

Some apartments are equipped with wide terraces, smaller balconies and seating areas, which offer a unique view of the Swiss Alpine front and the enjoyment of the mountain air.

There are also 13 car parking spaces and a single garage, so that our residents who own a car can remain uninhibitedly mobile.

Location

Heiligenschwendi is located in the administrative district of Thun in the canton of Bern in the middle of the Bernese Oberland and thus offers a unique view. The village has just 710 inhabitants and is therefore small and very familiar.

The rural village itself is called the “pearl above Lake Thun”. Especially in autumn and winter you can enjoy the warming rays of the sun there, while the valleys are covered with a sea of fog.

The village is also wonderfully integrated into the public transport network via bus lines.
